Head stylist and owner of Joseph Zell & Company, Joseph was the featured
stylist at Peter Coppola on Madison Avenue in New York City and has been
credited in Glamour, McCall's and Seventeen magazines. The former owner
of 5 salons in New Jersey, Joseph opened Joseph Zell & Company in
Wilmington 13 years ago. He holds cosmetology licenses in 3 states: New
York, New Jersey and North Carolina, and was chosen to train
hairstylists for international hair cutting competitions.
Selected as Professional Beauty Consultant by the
highest rated New Jersey salons, Joseph has also been awarded honors for
initiating trend-setting cutting techniques in New Jersey. His multiple
credentials include studies with Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchell, the
L'Oreal Color Institute and the Zotos Perm Institute of New York City as
well as numerous other seminars and private classes from some of the
world's finest hair designers. Joseph Zell's professional knowledge and

Chelsea Gillespie is a native of Asheville, NC. She was formerly employed by Bella Bella Salon of Charleston, SC. She joined Joseph Zell and Company in 2007 with an extensive background in hair design. By attending National Hair Shows such as the 2008 IBS show in Miami Beach, Florida, and the L'Anza training received at Oscar Bond's Salon, New York, in April 2010, she is able to bring knowledge of the latest cuts and colors to her clients. She specializes in Great Length Hair Extensions and current hair fashions. Chelsea strives to create a look that exceeds her clients high expectations. |

Esthetician Dawn Apple is a Wilmington native and attended Esthetician School at Cape Fear Community College. She received her Esthetician license in 2003. Dawn joined Joseph Zell & Company in 2004 and has received advanced training including: certified by exclusive Eminence organic skin care products, assistant trainer for Eminence, certified in Xtreme Lashes eyelash extensions, trained on the Microcurrent and LED Light therapy for facial rejuvenation, and extensively trained with Si Jin Bao topical traditional Chinese medicine. Dawn specializes in European facials, TCM techniques, deep back cleansing, body wraps, waxing, lash tinting and eyelash extensions. Brandy Quinn joined Joseph Zell and Company in September 2007. She has been a licensed esthetician since July 2006. Eminence Organic Skin Care has trained her in the finer aspects of European Facials. Brandy has also had extensive training with organic body wraps, deep back cleansing and scalp massage. She also provides gentle waxing, lash and brow tinting, Micro-Current, and Extreme Eyelash Extensions. Her goal is to help every client have healthy and glowing skin. Kenleigh recently received her cosmetology license from Miller-Motte College in Wilmington. She attended the 2010 Myrtle Beach Hair Show and has taken classes for Pureology, Matrix, Redken, Chi, Big Sexy Hair, and L'anza. Kenleigh is educated with the Redken color and product line and she is color certified with Pravana. She provides nail care for diabetics, fibromyalgia and neuropathy. Trained in Professional Client Service and Salon Etiquette from the late Dr. Joann Johnson in New York. She has also received training in California, Tennessee, Raleigh, North Carolina and now in Wilmington. |
